Mrs. Rader is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has experience in various areas of mental health including family therapy, substance abuse, social and emotional disabilities, suicidality, and self-harm.
■ Assessing students for substance use, physical & emotional well-being
■ Monitoring for peer issues, suicidal ideation, and other similar issues
■ Developing treatment plans
■ Providing therapeutic services to students
■ Providing case management services including referrals to community resources
■ Providing trainings and workshops to teachers, school staff and parents
■ Conducting home visits
